WhenImGone is an organisational tool, not a legal service. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for legal and financial decisions.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time from your Settings page.

4. Subscriptions

Free accounts have limited functionality. Pro and Family plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

WhenImGone is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information stored in the platform. Keep original documents safe and consult professionals.
